Yuhuan Wanxin Machine Manufacturing Co.,LTD has one casting foundry.
We have 12 set scasting machine, and 5 of them is automative control .
And we can cast 6000pcs product each day.
The biggest dimension product we made is 8" camlok coupling.

The Aluminium casting with T6 heat treatment can provide customer the stronger strength product.
We also can supply the OEM Aluminium casting product for customer

Yuhuan Wanxin Machine Manufacturing Co.,Ltd have three product machining line.
Aluminium product line has 26pcs CNC machines. and it can machine 4000pcs product each day.
Brass Product line has 20pcs CNC machines,and it can machine 3000pcs product per day.
The Stainless steel product line has 8 CNC machine, it can machine1500pcs product per day.

Yuhuan Wanxin Machine Manufacturing Co.,LTD has two warehouse.
One is for Aluminium product and the other is for brass and stainless steel.
We have prepare most of the regular part in stock.
The 7-day delivery is our goal for customer order.

We have one engineer team with 8 member.
We can make the 2D,3D prodcut drawing ,design the Aluminium casting,Brass Forging and Stainless steel mould.
